Description
The Royal Victorian Eye & Ear Hospital (the Hospital) invites tenders for the provision of a Medical Photography Image Management System.
The overall objective of this tender is to:
· Find the most cost-effective solution for the development of an efficient and flexible Medical Photography Image Management System for the Hospital.
· Increase organisational capability and maintaining operational effectiveness
The Hospital is looking for the best value for money solution to achieve, or exceed, our Medical Photography Image Management System requirements Each Tenderer is permitted to have up to 2 representatives at each visit. Site inspections and/or approaches to other staff without written permission from the contact person, (whose details appear below) are strictly forbidden. Tenderers who contravene this condition may have their tender disqualified.
Site visit has been arranged to take place in the week commencing Tuesday the 31st of January 2012 at 10am. Location is Lucy Jones Hall 426 Albert St East Melbourne. Please RSVP by 2pm on Wednesday the 26th of January via email to the contact person provided in paragraph 10.
