Major Road Projects Victoria (MRPV) has been established to deliver a program of road projects across Victoria (the Program). These projects vary in size and complexity from small arterial road duplications to large freeway projects located in both urban and rural Victoria. The current Program has a capital value of approximately $14.9B and is expected to grow with a continual pipeline of road projects required to support Victoria’s growing population.

MRPV is seeking to engage one or more service provider(s) for Cost Estimator Services (the Services) to provide centralised support for the projects that comprise the Program (Projects). Depending on the outcome of the evaluation, one or more service provider(s) may be engaged to provide these services to MRPV. The Services generally include advice relating to the estimation of costs relating to all aspects of the lifecycle of the Projects throughout the Program.
