Ambulance Victoria (AV) seeks to contract with a service provider to supply a Health Management Database for its Wellbeing and Support Services Department.

From the tendering process AV proposes to appoint a Contractor for an initial contract term of three (3) years with an option for further extension by AV for up to two (2) years.

Service commencement of the proposed contract is February 2020.
