The Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions (the Department) requires the services of a Drilling Management Contractor (DMC) to undertake the Victorian Gas Program (VGP) onshore Otway Basin stratigraphic drilling project. The DMC will be required to undertake detailed planning, procurement, contracting, project management and execution of a range of third-party specialist services and materials necessary to execute the project. It is anticipated that the DMC will be responsible for the performance of all third-party service providers and the drilling rig supplier as well as compliance with relevant State Regulations and all other special conditions in accordance with the Contract.
