South East Water is one of Melbourne’s three state-owned metropolitan water retailers.  We provide water, sewerage, trade waste and recycled water services for residents and businesses in Melbourne’s south east, located in the state of Victoria, Australia.

South East Water provides a 24/7 emergency response to maintain its water and sewer network utilising contractors to meet performance targets. South East Water intends to engage a Contractor to undertake Eduction Services on their behalf.

The Specification is for the provision of the Eduction Services (Services) for planned and emergency works to support field maintenance crews and operational teams, for locations / sites within South East Water’s geographical service area, and our Water Recycling Plants (Site).

The Specification applies to the following services:

• Programmed and emergency sewer wet well cleaning;
• Treatment Plant operations;
• Emergency flow management (including logistical management as required);
• Mechanical and electrical maintenance program;
• Pressure Sewer and associated works;
• Scheduled new estate eduction programs;
• Trade waste eduction at 101 Wells Street and Playne Street, Frankston, Victoria;
• Site clean-up post sewer or water events / incidents;
• All other related services as requested by South East Water.
