Peninsula Health is seeking for service provider for the provision of a medical transcription service, including workflow management and out-sourcing of work flow work.  It also includes the requirement of training for Peninsula Health typing support staff, system administrators and clinicians in the use of the system.  The provision of Help Desk support and integration into Peninsula Health systems is also included.  Workflow components include the electronic transmission of letters and operation reports to recipients and automatic upload into the digitalised medical record (DMR).  The replacement or upgrading of existing computer hardware to support the provision of the service is outside the scope of this specification.
