South East Water is one of Melbourne’s three state-owned metropolitan water retailers.  We provide water, sewerage, trade waste and recycled water services for residents and businesses in Melbourne’s south east, located in the state of Victoria, Australia.

This Invitation is for the provision of Sampling Services (Services) for locations / sites within South East Water’s geographical service area, and our nine (9) Water Recycling Plants (Site).

This Specification applies to the following services:

1. Backlog Water Sampling;
2. Water Recycling Plant (WRP) and Sewer Network Sampling;
3. Sewer Network Sampling;
4. Water Recycling Plant Sampling for Trace Organic Management Plan;
5. Treatment Strategy Investigation Projects;
6. Biosolids Investigation Projects;
7. Trade Waste – Provision of Commercial / Industrial Inspection and Sampling Services;
8. Fishermans Bend Sampling;
9. Fountain Gate – Narre Warren Sampling;
10. Accounts and Metering Meter Works;
11. Troops Creek Sampling; and
12. All other related services as requested by South East Water.
