Federation University Australia is seeking to engage a reputable, capable and experienced builder for the Refurbishment of Toilet facilities at 23 Wetlands Drive Mt Helen.

The successful contractor would be required to work closely with the nominated Fed Uni Representative to achieve the desired outcomes in the negotiated timeframe and with value for money.

This is a pre-qualfication tender, all pre-qualification questions need to be answered. Close off for submission of pre-qualification question is 31/01/2019, 4pm AEST. 

Access to the full tender will be available if your submissiion of the pre-qualification questions has been deemed accepted and are now qualified.  

The building is occupied with two tenancies and therefore works will need to be programmed in such a way that the tenancies can still operate. Portable toilets have been set up to help with coordinating a program. A site meeting will be held on the Thursday 7th February 2019, at 10am AEST to enable the tender to understand the complexities around the project.

Submissions will be evaluated by several staff from the Facilities Services section of the University and successful candidate(s) will be supplied with a Purchase Order from Federation University which will be valid for 6 months.
