The Department is seeking to engage an experienced service provider to undertake fieldwork for the Victorian Population Health Survey (VPHS) in 2018 and 2019 across the 17 areas of the North, South, East and West Divisions of the department. The objectives of this project are:
1. to conduct the fieldwork for the VPHS using computer assisted telephone interviewing (CATI); and
2. to employ a best practice approach to data capture using a 50:50 overlapping dual-frame design
