Court Services Victoria seeks to gain a more detailed understanding of the supplier market and range of solutions that may be available to support the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal’s (VCAT) vision to help citizens resolve disputes digitally. To gauge market readiness, VCAT is initiating a two-step procurement process: this EOI, which may be followed by one or more RFx depending upon suppliers’ response and budget confirmation.

As part of an EOI, VCAT is seeking information from suitable providers who can supply the platforms, capabilities and/or specialised resources required to implement effective digital dispute resolution services.
