The department is seeking to engage an external service provider or consortium of providers to conduct a Youth Justice Strategic Learning and Development Project, which will contribute to the acquittal of recommendations identified in the Armytage Ogloff Youth Justice Review and to the development of a holistic employee lifecycle Workforce Strategy.

To access the RFP, organisations will be required to register on Victorian Government Tenders System and complete the Registration and Deed of Confidentiality (“the Registration and Deed”). Organisations should submit their Registration and Deed to [email protected]

The department will then make a determination and, if approved, give the organisation access to the Request For Proposal (RFP).

Organisations may submit the Registration and Deed at any point prior to the date nominated in section 3.3. The closing date for the tender period will not however be extended, regardless of when an organisation issues the Registration and Deed and receives access to the RFP (unless otherwise notified by an Addendum).

Access to RFP documents, registration for briefings and related requests for clarification responses will be made available to Registered Offerers from Monday 27 August 2018 following the acceptance of the Registration and Deed of Confidentiality.
