Retailer education campaign for banning plastic bags

The Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning is seeking a supplier to deliver support and education services to Victorian retailers on the upcoming plastic bag ban. In June 2018, it was announced that Victoria will ban lightweight plastic shopping bags by the end of 2019. More information can be found at https://www.environment.vic.gov.au/sustainability/plastic-pollution. The goal of this education campaign will be to ensure Victorian retailers, particularly small businesses, are prepared for the plastic bag.
