The Department is seeking to engage an experienced to service provider deliver a joined-up overarching Aboriginal led Aboriginal health, wellbeing and safety research and evaluation framework that is linked to the department’s outcomes framework and connects the Aboriginal research and evaluation agenda across the health and human services sectors. Where relevant, the framework will also need to be consistent and align with the whole of Victorian government Family Violence Outcomes Framework.
Alongside this framework, the successful bidder will develop a monitoring, evaluation and accountability plan for four Aboriginal strategies that set the Victorian government’s agenda around Aboriginal health, wellbeing and safety.
