The department is seeking suitably qualified and experienced parties to evaluate the establishment, operations and initial service offering of the Orange Door (also termed Support and Safety Hubs) as delivered through the first five sites in: Frankston; Geelong; Heidelberg; Mildura; and Morwell. Specifically, the Orange Door 2018 Evaluation is expected to:
Identify key lessons and make recommendations for improvements to establishment activities and processes to support implementation of the second tranche of the Orange Door scheduled for early 2019
Identify key lessons and make recommendations for improvements to the initial service offering and operations in the first five Orange Door sites, to inform enhancements across existing and new Orange Door sites.
