Description

The Department of Primary Industries (DPI) has initiated the Resource Rights Allocation and Management (RRAM) Program to transform the way that DPI performs the Energy and Earth Resources and Fisheries licensing functions.

The RRAM Program consists of changes to business practices, and regulatory/legislative frameworks, and the implementation of an integrated systems solution (the RRAM Solution) to inform and underpin this transformation.

The RRAM Program is primarily a business process transformation initiative, however it has been identified that to implement and support the transformed business functions, an integrated RRAM system solution will be required. This is the subject of this Request For Tender.

The estimated release date for this tender is 11 November 2009.

MANDATORY Briefing Session for all interested Tenderers will be held on 23 November.  No questions or enquiries will be answered until after the mandatory Briefing Session.
