Description

WorkSafe are implementing a CRM as part of the WorkSafe 2030 Horizon 1 and need to develop a Customer Experience Blueprint to ensure a strategic client-centric vision is driving decisions about enabling technology and business design.

Through this Request for Tender, WorkSafe Victoria is seeking responses from suitably qualified organisations to develop a Customer Experience (CX) Blueprint and Roadmap which provides a clear customer experience strategy, vision and implementation plan for WorkSafe 2030 over the next five years.

We seek a blueprint which provides a strategic direction, by setting and communicating a clear and ambitious customer experience vision and support operational implementation.
