Northern Health (NH) invites tenders for the provision of Transition Care and GEM at Residential Care services. This includes:

• the provision of services for up to 24 Transition Care and 12 GEM at Residential Care beds upon the commencement of the contract
• the capacity for up to four (4) of theses beds to be located in a dementia specific area on site and the capacity for up to an additional 6 beds during the term of the contract

ITS Documentation

• Tender documents will be available to download via the HPV Procurement Portal from Thursday 18th January 2018.
• All respondents must register on the HPV website before gaining access to the HPV Procurement Portal.

Communication

All communication regarding the ITS must be in writing via the Message function in the HPV Procurement Portal.  Closing date for last enquiries in relation to this tender is Thursday 8th February 2018.  Northern Health reserves the right to not provide answers to questions asked after the last date for enquiries.

Tender Submissions

• Tender submissions for this ITS are through the HPV Procurement Portal - accessed via the HPV homepage.  Submissions in any other format will not be accepted.
• Full details of the delivery method are found in Section 1 Conditions of Tendering.
• Late tender submissions will NOT be accepted other than in exceptional circumstances as described in Section 1 Conditions of Tendering.
