Q1. Are there any Salesforce Partners on South East Water's current supplier panel, and if so, who are they?

A1. South East Water currently uses a mixture of direct contract resources from recruitment agencies and individual services contracts for some project deliverables.


Q2. Have South East Water previously tried using an onshore/offshore model for Salesforce, or would this be the first time this approach is being considered for Salesforce?

A2. We have used onshore/offshore models for Salesforce projects in the past.


Q3. How many days/hours of effort has South East Water expended in the last 12 months on Salesforce related work, and what is the prediction of that over the coming 12 months?

A3. We generally have between 6 and 8 CRM projects running at any point in time as well as a core team providing support across the Salesforce platform. We would expect the amount of work to be similar over the next 12 months.
