This Deed is a standing offer for the provision of Learning Management System (LMS) to ESTA with the new preferred provider eCreators Pty Ltd.  The new LMS system is a new system aimed at providing auditability and addition of e learning modules to the LMS platform. The new contract ensures that the provider meets Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Compliance; RTO compliant provider for AVETMISS (Australian Vocational Education Training Management Information Statistical Standard) or VETtrak (student management system supporting AVETMISS data reporting); and LMS compatibility and integration with a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
