The Victorian Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP) is preparing the Moolap Coastal Strategic Framework Plan (MCSFP), a high level strategic document that will guide future growth within Moolap coastal area. The Department requires a contractor to undertake a buffer and separation distance assessment to guide decision making on potential future land uses in the study area’s south-east, including sensitive uses such as any future residential or other potential land uses. The Separation Distance / Buffer Assessment is to be based on site-specific amenity effects and safety analysis of existing and potential future uses with industrial residual odour, dust and noise emissions and risk of potential explosive events.
