The Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation seeks a research team to undertake a project that will explore the relationship between problem gambling, its co-morbidities and the provision of treatment.
The successful research team will:
- examine how mental health treatment providers currently screen for problem gambling, what treatments or referrals are provided for problem gambling
- estimate the prevalence of problem gambling in people seeking treatment for mental illness
- provide recommendations for future screening, treatment and referral for problem gambling in the mental health sector.
