Contract - ITS2 - 00295

Parks Victoria is seeking to engage suitably qualified and experienced contractors to control deer, primarily sambar and fallow, feral pigs and goats in areas impacted by the bushfires of 2019/2020, to protect regenerating vegetation communities, including rainforest and alpine peatlands in those areas burnt in the 2019/2020 fires, as well as adjacent unburnt areas that provide refuge for native species and harbour for introduced species.

This program involves ground shooting in a number of parks and reserves in the North East and East Gippsland.

Work is to be conducted between mid-October 2021 and early-June 2022.

The contract length is for one (1) year.
