Ref: Drawing AR11 - Joinery Details,04 Typical Turn out plan details, drawing shows Turn out gear brackets supplied by CFA and Installed by Builder whereas, Specs (page 86/206) 18.15 mentions Turnout Gear Brackets to be supplied and installed by builder. 

Please confirm whether CFA will supply this or Builder to supply and install?

Ref: Wall Finishes Schedule (Page 137 of Specs) and Internal elevations drawing AR07,

Turnout 1 and Turnout 2 have 100mm high Aluminium skirting as per finishes schedule and Skirting board 90x19 Splayed MDF as per drawings. Which one to follow?

Clarificaton on legend descriptions of bored piers ( BP-1, BP-2, BP-3)

Please clarify in particular, minimum depth & founding depth descriptions of each bored pier.

Hi Tenderers

BP-1 & BP-2 needs to be a 600/450 dia piers and have a minimum bored pier depth of 1000mm but be founded 3000mm below the existing surface level.

As a result BP-1 & BP-2 are likely to require bored pier depths of 2500 to 3000mm.  However for BP-3 a 1000 to 1500mm deep bored pier may be required.

The dimensions of the external sheds are shown on AR01 Site Plan.

The External Sheds has the floor plan, roof plan, elevations, all with dimensions and external finishes shown on AR04 Elevations, External Shed Plans & Elevations.

Tender submission is acceptable if it exclude the CSR number.

However, for more clarity please read  question item 1 in Schedule 7: Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management system, and section 1.11 of Request for Tender Document.

Lighting control for this project is via motion detectors within the fire station and PE cell/motion detectors for external sections. No central micro-processor based lighting control system is required

Please confirm when the tender is listed on the website, and provide the relevant tender number and name.
