The Department is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 334953 for the provision of health services and medical assessment programs, that create synergies between these two service areas, whilst also meeting legislative requirements.
To provide an end-to end program for employees (and Emergency Delivery Partners), that encompass a range of health services and medical assessments. The program aims to mitigate illness and injury, prevent harm and promote wellness to optimise the health, safety and wellbeing of employees.
The successful provider/s will have demonstrated relevant experience and qualifications for the deliver of all services detailed in Part B (the scope) and in addition be expected to provide advisory services and innovative solutions in improving the health and medical requirements of the business.
DELWP intend to offer a three (3) year contract with an option to extend for up to two (2) annual extensions subject to performance and commercial reviews.
