Melbourne Metro Rail Authority (MMRA) calls for Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the Rail Infrastructure Alliance (RIA) package of works. 
  
The RIA Works primarily comprise the Portal works to connect the new rail tunnel to the existing surface network in order to create the new Sunshine-Dandenong Line and additional track, power, wayside signalling and overhead line equipment (OHLE) works on the new Sunshine-Dandenong Line. 
    
Interested Parties must be registered and meet the pre-qualification requirements in order to participate in the procurement process, including attending the EOI briefing, accessing and participating in the Electronic Data Room (wherein the Returnable Schedules document is stored), and lodging an EOI Response.
