Information Session - Friday 21st July 2017
VicRoads is expecting to issue a Request For Tender (RFT) in August 2017 for the Provision of Property and Facilities Management Services. VicRoads has a portfolio of approximately 2,800 properties across the State acquired for future road purposes and is seeking a suitably qualified provider to ensure that the portfolio is effectively managed, that returns are optimised and associated land owner risks are managed diligently. It is expected that the duration of the services will be up to 8 years.
The VicRoads Property portfolio comprises a mix of commercial, residential, vacant land, telecommunications, freeway service centres and VicRoads managed properties.
An information session will be held for interested parties to inform them of the upcoming tender process and the associated opportunity.
