"As part of its Strategy 2030 Initiative, WorkSafe Victoria will be releasing two proposals by the Friday 7 July 2017.

The first is a Request for Tender (RFT) for the design and development of an Innovation Centre within WorkSafe. The second will be a Request For Information (RFI) to assist the rapid establishment of an Analytics Centre aligned with delivery of the 2030 Strategy. 

Through this RFI WorkSafe is seeking responses to gain a more detailed understanding of the supplier market offerings and the range of services that might be available in relation to  the design, development and establishment of an analytics function to support the implementation of Strategy 2030 initiatives

The engagement is expected to deliver the detailed requirements for the design of an analytics function and provide a clear implementation pathway for rapid establishment.

There are four key deliverables:

1. leading practice analytics
2. recommended analytics model and capability requirements
3. future state and information requirements
4. implementation approach and roadmap.
