Parks Victoria is calling for tenders from suitably qualified individuals or organisations to undertake mechanical slashing of fuelbreaks in areas managed by Parks Victoria in North East Melbourne and on the Mornington Peninsula to reduce the risk of fire.

Slashing to occur predominantly during the fire season (November- February) using a range of different machinery.

Respondents are to lodge their tender responses marked CONFIDENTIAL, Tender No. 45145 - Fuelbreak slashing, North East Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula, by 2.00pm Wednesday 2 August 2017 in the Tender Box located at Parks Victoria, Level 10, 535 Bourke St, Melbourne Vic 3000.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
