This Request for Proposal (RFP) invites proposals from experienced innovation hub operators to establish a FinTech Hub in Melbourne with support from the Victorian Government. Your proposal must respond to our evaluation criteria and provide information on a range of matters set out in this RFP document and the RFP terms and conditions. This is a competitive selection process, which may include a phase of negotiation with one or more respondents after initial evaluation of proposals. We will enter into an agreement with the successful respondent, including terms for government support and occupation arrangements for the FinTech Hub site. We aim to evaluate proposals by early August 2017 and to enter into agreements by early September 2017. We will work with the successful respondent with the aim of commencing operations in the FinTech Hub as soon as possible.
