A.     Introduction

Western Health is seeking the services of suitably qualified consultants to assist with the planning and execution of a procurement strategy (the Project) in connection with making use of vacant land, owned by Western Health (the Land), at Sunshine Hospital.

B.     Background

Western Health does not have a clear understanding of the supplier market or full range of products and services suitable for placement on the Land. Western Health is seeking assistance to engage with the market to understand the opportunities available, develop and refine its requirements for the Project, and undertake a procurement process to lease the Land and have it developed.

Western Health does not have a complete set of specifications for the good or service to be procured, and the procurement process must be underpinned by a strong business plan which will guide Western Health in the procurement process.
