The Royal Women’s Hospital (RWH) currently leases parts of LG, L2, L6, and L7 of the RWH building to a private operator to operate Frances Perry House, a private obstetric and special care hospital.

The lease is due to expire on 31 January 2018. The lease includes the right to use the FPH brand name, which is also owned by RWH. This project concerns the procurement of a new lease to a private obstetric and special care hospital operator for the same premises.
