The Victorian Department of Health and Human Services seeks partners to participate in joint social and private housing developments in inner Melbourne. 
The Victorian Government seeks to establish innovative partnerships to deliver affordable, mixed tenure housing for its Public Housing Renewal Program, Flemington Estate Renewal Program and Preston Renewal Program.  
Land owned by the Director of Housing will be leveraged for the development of new social housing, alongside the development and sale of private dwellings. 
Interested parties are encouraged to respond to this Registration of Capability by Thursday 22 June 2017.
Registrants may submit questions in writing seeking clarification of this Registration of Capability through the Online Forum on this website. The closing date for clarification questions is Thursday 15 June 2017. 
An industry briefing will take place on 1 June 2017. Attendees are asked to register their interest in attending the briefing session at [email protected] by 5:00pm on Monday 29 May 2017.
