The purpose of this RFT is to engage a supplier to provide the services for the TAC Quantitative Client Survey.

The supplier will design a new research program to track:

• The self-reported Health and Vocational Outcomes of our clients
• Client Satisfaction with the TAC

The supplier will supply both CATI (Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing) and Online surveying. The program will be primarily CATI and Online surveying being introduced at a later stage.
