The Victorian Public Sector Commission is seeking to establish a fit for purpose coaching panel for the Victorian Leadership Academy (VLA).

The panel will comprise coaches with a diversity of experience and expertise that will deliver leading practice coaching services to a small number of Victorian Public Service executives. The small scale, fit for purpose panel, is expected to comprise professional coaches and current or former leaders from the private, public and not for profit sector, with demonstrated appreciation of the challenges faced by Victorian public sector executives.
