This EOI is to establish a panel of pre-qualified service providers to be used to invite quotes for the provision of home modification services for State-wide Equipment Program (SWEP) clients and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants in Victoria.

The services required under this EOI primarily relate to Builders. It is anticipated individual trades – Carpenters, Plumbers, Electricians and providers of adjunct services, such as drafting and engineering - will generally be engaged via a registered Builder, as part of a project/engagement managed by that Builder. However, individual tradespeople are also invited to register their interest.

Individuals or organisations involved only in supply (retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, etc.) and not installation are not expected to register their interest.
