Expressions of Interest are sought from suitably qualified Building Contractors to undertake the redevelopment of the Federation Training for the Gippsland TECH – Morwell Redevelopment

The project comprises:

• Expansion and Refurbishment of the existing Federation Training Building in Civic Place, Morwell.
• Demolition and removal of existing partitions, ceilings and fixtures within the refurbished area of Building B (720 m2)
• Refurbishment of all wall, ceiling and floor linings to create an teaching spaces, reception, administrative support offices, student lounge and amenities (approximately 720 m2 of building).
• New Building area to expand existing Building B (695 m2).
• Expand & refurbish to create new entry and reception (327 m2)
• At the completion of the project, the Federation Training building will be increased by 1740 m2 to a total of 3,170 m2.
• Co-ordination of the supply and installation of new office, class room and lounge furniture.
• Supply and installation of all services plant and equipment to support the TECH school classrooms and admin. Support areas.
• Adjustments to roadway to include bus stop and truck delivery bay.
• External landscaping works, external fencing and wayfinding signage.
