• Complies with all relevant standards and legislative requirements for the maintenance, inspection and the service provided by the equipment.
• Ensures its Asset Register is up to date and reliable Ensures optimum performance of its Assets Ensures safe performance of its Assets

And;

• Has sufficient access to break-down/fault-finding services
• Has sufficient capacity to maintain equipment according to defects raised through inspections
• Has access to on-call personnel 24/7 for break-down of all scenarios related to all the Assets identified within this Tender
