Barwon Health requires comprehensive tender proposals from suitably qualified and experienced companies for the provision of Inspection and Maintenance of HVAC Service, to ensure that Barwon Health:

• Complies with all relevant standards and legislative requirements for the maintenance, inspection and the service provided by the equipment listed in the Asset Register - refer Part 8 (Attachment 1)
• Ensures its Asset Register is up to date and reliable
• Ensures optimum performance of its Assets
• Ensures safe performance of its Assets
• Ensures a healthy environment in terms of air quality and building occupant safety, And;
• Has sufficient access to break-down/fault-finding services
• Has sufficient capacity to maintain equipment according to defects raised through inspections
• Has access to on-call personnel 24/7 for break-down of all scenarios related to all the Assets identified within this Tender
