Description

Health Purchasing Victoria (HPV) invites tendrs for the provision of generic pathology consumables to participating health services.

Further informaiton in relation to this Invitation to Supply (ITS) can be found on the pathology consumables ITS page on the HPV website (www.hpv.org.au).

Industry Briefing

An industry briefing is scheduled for Friday 4 November 2016 at 1:30pm at the Telstra Conference Centre (Level 1, 242 Exhibition St, Melbourne).

The briefing will provide general information including overview, product list specifications and overview of the HPV Procurement Portal.

Please note: those responsible for completing the submission for their organisation are strongly advised to attend.

ITS Documentation

  • Tender documents will be availalbe to download via the HPV Procurement Portal from Wednesday 16 November 2016
  • All respondents must register on the HPV website before gaining access to the HPV Procurement Portal.

Communication

All communication regarding the ITS must be in writing via the Message fuction in the HPV Procurement Portal.  Closing date for last enquiries in relation to this tender is 12 December 2016.  HPV reservices the right to not provide answers to questions asked after the last date for enquiries.

Tender Submissions

  • Tender submissions for this ITS are to be through the HPV Procurement Portal - accessed via the HPV homepage.  Submissions in any other format will not be accepted.
  • Full details of the delivery methold are found in Part 3 Tender Conditions.
  • Late tender submissions will NOT be accepted other than in exceptional circumstances as described in Part 3 Tender Conditions.
