The Emergency Alert Phase 4 (EAP4) Project’s aim is to secure service continuity and delivery of a national telephony based emergency warning system, ensuring a more sustainable EA service using technology that:
 remains up to date and relevant to community use and demand throughout the term of the Proposed Contract
 maintains an acceptable performance standard and provides value for money , limits the capital commitment of the Organisation and other Australian Jurisdictions and is otherwise delivered in accordance with a fixed pricing schedule
