Description
The Department of Premier and Cabinet (DPC) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced provider to deliver a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) service.
The EAP Service is intended to comence 1 October 2016 and is planned to cover a three year contract period. EAP services include:
- Employee Assistance
- Manager Assistance
- Career Assistance
- Specialist assistance for LGBTI employees
- Specialist assistance for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander employees
- Specialist assistance for employees experiencing family violence
- Critical incident response including on-site counselling and debriefing
- On-demand targeted group sessions to address key risk factors or to support staff through change
- Case management support for resolving workplace conflict
- Case management support for employees experiencing mental health problems
