Expression of Interest:

LXRA Western and North Western Program Alliances

EOI No. 21245

The Level Crossing Removal Authority (LXRA) would like to provide an update to the May 2016 market sounding for the following Program Alliances:

  • North Western Program Alliance; and

  • Western Program Alliance.

We advise that the Expression of Interest (EOI) Phase will be a combined process for both Program Alliances and is anticipated to be released to the market in September 2016.

Proponents may submit EOI Responses for either or both of these Programs, however Proponents will only be eligible to be selected as a Shortlisted Proponent for one of these Programs at LXRA’s discretion.

UPDATE: RELEASE OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) – Western and North Western Program Alliances

LXRA advises that the EOI has now been released in the Electronic Data Room for the Western and North Western Program Alliances. The closing time and date for submission of an EOI response is 2:00pm AEDT on 18 October 2016.

As stated in the Advanced Tender Notices, only those Interested Parties that have pre-qualified for the Western and North Western Program Alliances are entitled to:

  • access the Electronic Data Room and the EOI;

  • attend the industry briefing and positive guidance workshops; and

  • submit an EOI response.

In order to become pre-qualified, Interested Parties must submit a compliant response to the Pre-qualification Requirements for the Western and North Western Program Alliances that were released via the Victorian Government Tenders System on 9 September 2016.

All Pre-qualification responses, and any other queries, should be directed to the LXRA Transaction Adviser at the following email address: [email protected].

LXRA also confirms that an EOI Industry Briefing will be held between 12.00pm and 1.00pm on Friday, 23 September 2016 at Level 5 Theatrette, 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne Victoria 3000.

In addition to submitting a compliant response to the Pre-Qualification Requirements, Interested Parties are required complete the attached form in order to attend this session. The completed attendance form should also be submitted to the LXRA Transaction Adviser at [email protected]. Note that the number of attendees may be limited at the discretion of LXRA.
