GRV requires the services of a suitably experienced organisation to provide Internal Audit Services.  The aim is to assist the Board and GRV Management establish and maintain an effective internal control and risk management framework, having regard to the requirements of a public sector agency but also meeting those of a gambling and sporting nature.

The internal audit activity may encompass the review of all financial and non-financial policies and operations.  Internal audit reviews may cover any of the programs and activities of GRV, together with associated entities, such as Clubs.

The Internal Auditor must be capable of providing advice and support in relation to identifying and mitigating risks as well as working with management to strengthen GRV processes as required.
