Monash Health is seeking tenders for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance support services for a medical grade data network.  This invitation to supply comprises the following four separate works packages:

a)Supply of network hardware and network software.

All network hardware, accessories, and associated licences required for the provision of wired and wireless network infrastructure.  Monash Health will consider refurbished equipment for this works package.

b)Supply of install services for network hardware and network software.

Inclusive of equipment installation resources, technical configuration resources, and project management to deploy the medical grade network.

c)Supply of Data Cabling (including racks) and installation.

Inclusive of all data cabling (both fibre optic and copper), switch housing and installation of wireless access points (WAP’s).

d)Supply and install of electrical infrastructure.

Inclusive of electrical cabling to and within data cabinets, and associated electrical infrastructure such as distribution boards, supply and installation of uninterruptable power supply systems (UPS).

Suppliers may submit offers for only one works package, multiple works packages or all works packages.  Monash Health reserves the right to select one or more offers for the above works packages from one or more suppliers, renegotiate works packages with suppliers and reject any or all offers.
