Description

The IMES business unit will release a Public EOI  to the market for provision of Infringement Services which includes Contact Centre, Operational Support, Sheriff’s Communications and Outbound Correspondence. The anticipated release date for the EOI is Monday, 4 July 2016 and closing time 2:00pm Friday, 12 August 2016.
Suppliers interested in responding to the EOI are first required to submit an Intention to Respond and only those suppliers deemed to be genuine and capable to deliver the Services will be given access to the EOI documents.
 

Vendors who currently provide relevant services and wish to respond to the EOI are required to send the following details to [email protected] with “Intention to Respond - <Respondent organisation name>” in the subject line. ‘Intention to Respond’ submissions will be accepted up to 5:00 pm (AEST), Friday, 5 August 2016.
