Health Purchasing Victoria (HPV) invites responses to a Request for Information (RFI) for state-wide agreement(s) for Pathology Equipment and Associated Consumables and Reagents to public health services.

RFI Documentation

The RFI documentation is available for download from HPV's Procurement Portal, which can be accessed from the HPV website - www.hpv.org.au.  

To access the Procurement Portal, Respondents must first register and sign in to the HPV website.  Once you have signed in, you can access the Procurement Portal the HPV homepage.

Communication

All communication regarding the RFImust be in writing via the  HPV Procurement Portal messaging system. Closing date for last enquiries in relation to this tender is 14 June 2016. HPV reserves the right to not provide answers to questions asked after the last date for enquiries.

Tender Submissions

• Tender submission for this RFI is to be through the HPV Procurement Portal.Submissions in any other format will not be accepted.
