The Royal Victorian Eye & Ear Hospital invites Tenders for the Provision of Phacoemulsification equipment to be delivered to the Hospital with a minimum one (1) year warranty period with the option to negotiate a longer warranty period during the contract negotiation stage.

This is to be followed by three (3) years on-going support and maintenance covered by a Service Level Agreement.

As stated in the RFT document, each person submitting a Tender in response to this RFT must pay a fee of $200.00 plus GST (Total $220). The fee must be paid before any Tender submission is made.

Tenderers are advised that the closing date for questions regarding this Tender is 27th April 2016 at 2pm.
