Description
BHCG is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of an electronic document management solution for Psychiatric Services. The three primary objectives include:
- Organisational wide SharePoint deployment within BHCG’s Enterprise Microsoft Azure subscription to service the entire organisation with the configuration and provisioning of an enterprise wide Nintex form and workflow solution (On-Premise Licence). This SharePoint farm will include farm deployment, site collection and subsite templating and overall branding;
- Psychiatric Services Forms solution delivered on the enterprise SharePoint Farm (site collection), including workflow and dashboards;
- Referrals and Contracts Kofax templates created for both these solutions to facilitate scanning/ingestion of current paper into their own content management subsites.
