Parks Victoria is calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and highly experienced Design Consultants, Architects (as Principal Consultant) and their design teams to provide design services for the Parks Victoria Albert Park office and depot buildings relocation. The project is located at Albert Park Lake, Albert Park.

EOI documentation, and further information, may be obtained from www.tenders.vic.gov.au.

Respondents are to lodge their EOI responses marked CONFIDENTIAL, EOI 42286  - Albert Park office and depot relocation – design services, by 2.00pm Wednesday 25 November 2015  in the tender box at Level 10, 535 Bourke St. Melbourne, or preferably, in the Electronic Tender Box at [email protected]. Please note there is a 10MB file limit on uploads to this email address, so may require multiple files to be uploaded.

After evaluation, a shortlist of potential service providers will be asked to respond to a detailed Request for Tender.
