 The Transport Accident Commission is releasing a Request for Information from service providers who have a product/service that is able to adjudicate claims received by the TAC in accordance with the Transport Accident Act 1986.

 Claims Adjudication is a term used in the health/social insurance industry that refers to the process of responding to payment requests (claims) for services that have been provided to insured parties. The adjudication process consists of receiving a claim from an insured person or their service provider and then making a decision to either pay or deny payment after comparing the claim to the customers’ benefit/coverage.
